OUR TEAM
SUSAN ARCHER, LCSW

Susan is a relaxed, non-shaming therapist with a practical and results-oriented approach. Her therapy practice starts with listening and understanding and then applying the interventions, techniques, and suggestions to make lasting changes. She enjoys complex situations including PTSD, individuals with dual issues, complexity and deep grief. Treatment approaches she uses are cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, systems theory, EMDR, LENS neurofeedback, and others as needed.

Linda Modelfino, PMHNP
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
My name is Linda, I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). The cornerstone of our practice is about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services through a biopsychosocial approach. Our focus is to help individuals improve their mental health and quality of life, as well as to heal and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral, nonjudgmental, safe space, where your concerns are heard, and you are encouraged to be an active participant of your treatment plan.
My experience has given me the opportunity to work closely with adults, children/adolescents experiencing symptoms of ADHD, autism, ODD, ID, depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, personality disorders, schizophrenia, and OCD. The importance of being able to formulate an accurate diagnosis cannot be overstated. Evidence-based guidelines combined with clinical experience, personal observation, intuition, as well as establishing a good rapport are critical in the formulation of an accurate diagnosis.
When you are going through challenging times it can be scary, you need a provider that is just as invested in your wellbeing as you are. Someone who is willing to take the time to get to know you, where your past has taken you and what path you see for your future. Allow me to help you get to where you want to be and realize your self-worth in the process.
