

SUSAN ARCHER, LCSW
CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Susan is a relaxed, non-shaming therapist with a practical and results-oriented approach. Her therapy practice starts with listening and understanding and then applying the interventions, techniques, and suggestions to make lasting changes. Whether it's working through trauma, addiction issues, or developing coping skills to manage life’s challenges Susan is most at home while in the therapy setting. She enjoys complex situations including PTSD, individuals with dual issues, complexity and deep grief. Treatment approaches she uses are cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, systems theory, EMDR, LENS neurofeedback, and others as needed.

MASON WHIPP, LCSW
ASSISTANT CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Mason works with individuals with substance abuse and mental health difficulties, and is trained in EMDR. She brings her own life experiences to counseling. Insightful and non-shaming, Mason’s an exceptionally good listener and she provides useful feedback and strategies for improving functioning using cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, and mindfulness. Mason enjoys working working with people from all age groups.

MERRITT BLANDFORD
PROGRAM THERAPIST
Merritt works with persons with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health needs. She has experience with group, individual, and family therapies; she has particular experience with family therapy with at-risk adolescents. Merritt utilizes many treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and skills work. She works with clients to understand motivations, shift perspectives, and implement healthy changes. Merritt creates a space for growth without judgment or blame.

ALISSA WOOFOLK, LPC
REGISTERED PLAY THERAPIST
Alissa is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered PlayTherapist who works with children ages 5-12 using play therapy techniques. She also works with teens and adults using a solution-focused approach to therapy, helping clients identify realistic solutions to their problems. She enjoys working with families, helping them create rules and boundaries, and improving communication.

ROB MARTIN, LCSW CSAC
THERAPIST
Rob enjoys working with adolescents and adults with substance use and other mental health issues. He uses a variety of theoretical approaches including cognitive dialetical behavioral therapy, and systems theory. His practice focuses on problem solving and helping clients reach their true potential by aiding the development of healthy thought patterns and coping behaviors. He received his LCSW in 1994 and CSAC in 1993.

Jasmine Brown
Program Therapist
Jasmine works with individuals seeking services for mental health issues as well as substance abuse treatment. While holding strongly to values such as client integrity and self-determination. Jasmine works closely with our Intensive Outpatient program and builds a rapport with clients that cultivates trust and healing.
